THIS INDENTURE, made the 6th day of May, nineteen hundred and ninety-four
BETWEEN,
ROBERT S. HUGHES, residing at 1025 Petes Hill Road, Orient,New York 11957, and ELEANOR K.
HUGHES, residing at 1290 High Street, Apt. B, Denver, Colorado 80218, as executors of the last will and
testament of ROBERT G. HUGHES,who died on the 12th day of June, nineteen hundred and ninety-two, the
party of the first part, and
ROBERT S. HUGHES, residing at 1025 Petes Hill Road, Orient,New York 11957, and ELEANOR K.
HUGHES, residing at 1290 High Street, Apt. B, Denver, Colorado 80218, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,to whom letters testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County,New York on August 5, 1992, and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said
last will and testament and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of TEN
($10.00) DOLLARS, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:-
DISTRICT BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of the hereinafter described parcel, said monument
1000 being located at the intersection of the said southerly line with the northwest corner of property now
or formerly of Weil and the northeast comer of property now or formerly of Reybine, running thence
SECTION North 66 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds West, 150.0 feet, running thence North 66 degrees 52

BLOCK and running thence along said lands now or formerly of John B. Tuthill the following three (3)

RUNNING THENCE along said lands now or formerly of Mahaffy, South 82 degrees 15 minutes 00
seconds East, 320.86 feet to lands now or formerly of Fagan;
RUNNING THENCE along said lands now or formerly of Fagan, lands now or formerly of
Norkelun, and lands now or formerly of Saborido, South 09 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East,
254.0 feet;

RUNNING THENCE along lands conveyed simultaneously herewith by separate deed to Robert S.
Hughes, North 89 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds West, 210.51 feet to lands conveyed simultaneously
herewith by separate deed to Eleanor Kip Hughes, North 72 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds West,
229.68 feet to the true point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way 30 feet in width running in a generally southerly direction through
the aforesaid lands of Robert S. Hughes on the easterly portion thereof and then through lands now or
formerly of L. Reybine to the Main Road (New York State Route 25).
TOGETHER WITH all of those rights including but not limited to beach rights and subject to those
certain covenants and restrictions contained in a certain declaration dated April 23, 1955, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3892 page 202.
The above is an in kind distribution of assets in the Estate of Robert G. Hughes.
