Board on any given topic.

V. RESOLUTIONS
Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to
speak on the following resolutions.
1~/~ Authorize refund representing filing fee for denied trailer permit.
2~//Authorize advertisement for resumes in The Traveler Watchman and The Suffolk Times for
a part-time Account Clerk for the Accounting and Finance Department.
3/Authorize advertisement for resumes in The Traveler Watchman and The Suffolk Times for
a Custodial Worker I for Town Hall.
4/Authorize Lawrence Healthcare Administrative Services to pay a medical bill which was
submitted by the medical provider more than 90 days after service.
5~/ Accept the bid of Tri-State Recycling Co. for the removal of scrap tires fi.om the Southold
Town Disposal Area.
6p'/Accept the bid of Oak Tree Farm Dairy, Inc. for supplying milk to the Human Resource
Center.
7jAccept the bids of Rob's Food Service and Landmark Food Corp. for supplying food for the
Nutrition Program.
8/Accept the bid. of Enterprise Packaging Corporation for supplying the Town with Yellow
Plastic Garbage Bags.
9/Grant permission to Personnel Assistant Barbara Rudder, Account Clerk Annette Jordan,
Account Clerk Connie Solomon, and Senior Accountant John Cushman to attend the
Municipal Investors Service Corporation meeting and luncheon on December 6, 1996 in
Smithtown.

attend the Peconic Estuary Program Negotiations Training Seminar.
12/Engage the services of Andrew D. Stype, Certified Real Estate Appraiser, to conduct
appraisals on behalf of the Land Preservation Committee.
13/Engage the services of David Wimpelberg, Certified Real Estate Appraiser, to conduct an
appraisal on behalf of the Land Preservation Committee.
14~ Grant permission to Personnel Assistant Barbara Rudder and Principal Account Clerk
Connie Solomon to attend the Year End Seminar for Software Support Agreement Clients
of Business Records Corporation on December 9, 1996 in Babylon.
15/Authorize a refund to Wine Services Inc. representing the return of a bid deposit.
16v/ Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute Addendum I to the Traffic Signal
Installation on CR 48, Middle Road at Horton Lane, Southold in accordance with the
Agreement with the County.
17/Authorize a refund to Rosario LaDuca representing a canceled Yard Sale Permit fee.
18~//Grant permission to Det. Beth Dzenkowski to attend the NYS Division for Youth Advanced
Course for Police Juvenile Officers on December 10-12, 1996 in Poughkeepsie, NY.
19/Modify the General Fund Whole Town and Community Development Fund 1996 budget to
provide budgetary items for the Home Investment Partnership Program.
20/ Authorize and direct the Town Attorney to draw upon the Letter of Credit performance
guarantee for the Wild Oats major subdivision in Peconic.
21/Grant Eugen & Alphenic Martin a trailer permit.
22~Authorize the reduction of the performance bond for Angel Shores major subdivision.
23v/ Authorize waiver of filing fee for Board of Appeals variance of Anthony Silvestri as
variance is necessary due to Building Department error.
