RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. 1/Accept the resignation of Ann Morris, temporary clerk-typist in the Building Department. 2//Rescind resolutions no. 10, adopted on September 17, 1996, and no. 14, adopted on October 1, 1996, granting permission to Accounting & Finance employees to attend computer training. 3 j Grant permission to Accounting & Finance employees to attend a SkillPath one-day seminar on using Microsoft Office on December 19, 1996 at Melville. 4/ Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for resumes for two new members for the Conservation Advisory Committee. 5v/ Accept the resignation of Stella Bertolini, EISEP Aide for the Human Resource Center. RESOLUTIONS - Cont. ~odify the General Fund Whole Town 1996 Budget to provide funds for computer eqmpment. 7/Crrant permission to Raymond Cleaves Post 861 American Legion, Mattituck, to use Town roads for their Veteran's Day Parade November 11, 1996. 8v/ Modify the General Fund Whole Town 1996 Budget to appropriate donated funds for the Tasker Park Playground Improvements. 9ff/ Modify the General Fund Whole Town 1996 Budget to appropriate funds for the upgrade to the AS/400 Operating System. / 10/Authorize and direct Lawrence Healthcare to pay the medical bill which was submitted by the provider more than 90 days after service. 11/Accept, with regret, the resignation of Allan S. Connetl, Chairperson of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Committee. 12/Set 8:05 p.m., Tuesday, November 12, 1996, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public heating on "A Local Law in Relation to New Residential Uses". 13/Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute the agreement with the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, for the period of Janua.,y 1, 1996 through December 31, 1998. 14v/ Authorize and direct Lawrence Healthcare to pay the medical bill which was submitted by the provider more than 90 days afmr service. 157/ Authorize Supervisor Cochran to sign the 1996 Local Waterfront Project Agreement for funding under Title II of the Environmental Protection Fund - Town of Southold Natural Resources Restoration and Protection Plan - Implementation. 16l//Designate the Bridgehampton National Bank and the North Fork Bank for fiscal year 1996- 97 as depositories for the Receiver of Taxes; authorize the Receiver of Taxes to execute the necessary Collateral Agreements; and authorize the Receiver of Taxes to increase and decrease securities. 17/Authorize a $70 refund to Our Lady of Grace Church, Fishers Island, which represents cancellation of twelve Bingo occasions.
