tion of the Suffolk County Department of Public Works to construct a greenhouse and pond
and well to be used to culture fish for research and educational purposes at Cedar Beach,
Southold. Written comments by November 15, 1996.
New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Notice of Complete Applica-
tion of Russell A. Pellicano to subdivide 18.54 acres into four lots and construct a single
family dwelling, septic system and driveway on each lot with a central access road adjacent

1/Accept the resignation of Ann Morris, temporary clerk-typist in the Building Department.
2//Rescind resolutions no. 10, adopted on September 17, 1996, and no. 14, adopted on
October 1, 1996, granting permission to Accounting & Finance employees to attend
computer training.
3 j Grant permission to Accounting & Finance employees to attend a SkillPath one-day seminar
on using Microsoft Office on December 19, 1996 at Melville.
4/ Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for resumes for two new members for the
Conservation Advisory Committee.
5v/ Accept the resignation of Stella Bertolini, EISEP Aide for the Human Resource Center.

Tasker Park Playground Improvements.
9ff/ Modify the General Fund Whole Town 1996 Budget to appropriate funds for the upgrade to
the AS/400 Operating System.

the provider more than 90 days after service.

Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, for the period of Janua.,y 1,
1996 through December 31, 1998.

funding under Title II of the Environmental Protection Fund - Town of Southold Natural

97 as depositories for the Receiver of Taxes; authorize the Receiver of Taxes to execute the
necessary Collateral Agreements; and authorize the Receiver of Taxes to increase and
