address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will
also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

NYS DEC Notice of Complete Application of Louis Bacon to install six potable water wells
and 9 irrigation water wells, each with a maximum pumping capacity of 15 gallons per
minute, at Robins Island, Peconic Bay, New Suffolk, Town of Southold. Written comments
by September 13, 1996.
US Army Corps of Engineer, NY District, Notice of application for a Department of the
Army permit to dredge with ten years maintenance and beach nourishment at Cutchogue
Harbor, Little Peconic Bay, Cutchogue, town of Southold. Written comments by September

lJAuthorize Town Clerk to advertise for bids for 1997 items.
2/~/Modify Juvenile Aide Bureau 1996 budget.
3/Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with individuals for the
Fall 1996 recreation programs.
4~Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute the 1997 Division for Youth Application for
funding the Southold Town Police Department's Juvenile Aid Bureau.
5t//Authorize modification the General Fund Whole Town 1996 budget to appropriate funds for
a Personal Computer for the Accounting Department.
6,//Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute 1996 Agreements with the North Fork
Housing Alliance, Inc.

Approve and incorporate the budget for the Seaview Trails of the North Fork project into
the Iown's Capital Budget beginning January 1, 1997.
12. Authorize the Town of Southold to participate to the extend of up to 100% of the non-
federal share in the cost of a transportation enhancement federal-aid project.

141/`/Approval of conditions for Bond Resolution to acquire certain developmental rights in prime
agricultural lands for the preservation of open spaces, in an amount not to exceed
$2,000,000.
15/Approval of Special Town Election, and publication thereof, for approval of the Bond
Resolution authorizing the acquisition of certain developmental rights in prime agricultural
lands within Southold Town stating the maximum cost thereof to be $2,000,000.
16v/ Authorize modification of 1996 Budget to provide funding for hauling of debris fi-om the
Fishers Island Metal Dump.
17/Grant permission to the Mattituck-Cutchogue Clergy Association to use certain Town
Roads for the annual CROP Walk on October 20, 1996 fi-om 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
18f/ Authorize modification of 1996 Budget to provide funding for round-trip ferry to the
Fishers Island Metal Dump.
