RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. / I ~/Authorize expenditure not to exceed $259 for expenses incurred by individuals fi.om NYS Department of Motor Vehicles to travel to Fishers Island to process residents' renewal of driver's licenses. 2/Accept, with regret, the resignation of Jeanne Ruland. 3v/ Request NYS DOT to conduct a traffic survey on Stars Road, East Marion, for the purpose of reducing the speed limit. 4V/Authorize Executive Assistant James McMahon to submit a permit application to the NYS DEC and the Army Corps of Engineers for two projects. 5v/Rescind resolution no. 17, May 28, 1996 authorizing the Fishers Island Ferry District Commissioners to appoint Dan Clark as a part time Deckhand. //Accept proposal of Pirate's Cove Marine, Fishers Island, for certain work to be done on channel markers, buoys and floats in West Harbor and Hay Harbor. 7v/Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a Letter of Agreement for Continuing Disclosure Undertaking with Munistat Services, Inc. 8/Engage the services of Marion R.
