POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly
address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will
also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

shorter timber groins with one 40-foot groin in order to prevent further beach erosion in
Great Peconic Bay, Laurel, Town of Southold. Written comments by May 9, 1996.

9,900 foot underwater electric and fiber-optic cables to replace existing electric and

Dispatchers by deleting the name of Susan Brigham, who declined.
2/'Grant permission to the Southold Town Tree Committee to place a display ad in the LI
Traveler and Suffolk Times to promote the Memorial Tree Program..
3v/ Establish a $100. Petty Cash fund for Corrine Bednoski, Scavenger Waste Treatment
Facility.
4v/ Accept the resignation of Peter Griffin, Aide in the Human Resource Day Care Center.
5/Accept, with regret, the resignation ofRober~ T. Bayley, from the Landmark Preservation
Commission.
