POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board on any given topic. RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. Accept resignations of Stanford Searle and Lawrence M. Tuthill, Jr. fi.om the Solid Waste Management Task Force, effective immediately. 2/Authorize a budget modification to the East-West Fire Protection District 1995 Budget to appropriate funds for Firemen's Service Award. 3/Authorize a budget modification to the Highway Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget to appropriate funds for machinery, expenses and repairs. 4~/ Approve bond for roads and improvements in the major subdivision of North Fork Industrial Park (a]k/a Tide Group), Depot Lane, Cutchogue. 5~/Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute the lump sum drawdown agreement for the Consortium Home Improvement Program. 6~Grant permission to the Fishers Island Ferry District Board of Commissioners to prepay for the purchase of one Twin Disc MG Marine Gear for the emergency repair of the engine on the MV Munnatawket. / 7t/ Rescind Resolution No. 16 adopted on February 6, 1996, increasing the charge for a check which is returned or dishonored. 8g/ Authorize a budget modification to General Fund Whole Town 1996 Budget to appropriate a donation for chairs for the Human Resource Center. 9/Authorize a budget modification to General Fund Whole Town 1996 Budget to appropriate funds for insurance consultant services.
