address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will
also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

Soecial Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to

_iv/ Accept resignation of Rosemary Wysocki, EISEP/Home Aide, effective February 1, 1996.
2. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute the Agreement for Amendment/
Modification of Restrictive Covenants.
3~/~Authorize and direct Town Clerk Judith T. Terry to advertise for bids to install a box culvert
at the Brushes Creek Bridge.
4g/Authorize advance check in the amount of $410 for the circus and magic skills show to be
held at the Recreation Center.
5v//Authorize advance fee check in the amount of $800 for the December 1996 bus trips to
Radio City Music Hall.
6K/Authorize a budget modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1996 Budget to
appropriate funds for a donation for Police Department equipment.
7~/Amend Resolution No. 2, adopted February 6, 1996 to correct dates of Jeanne Ruland's
Novell Administrator Training Course fi.om March 4-7 to April 29-May 2.
8v//Grant permission to Board of Commissioners of the F. I. Feny District to advertise for bids
for renovations to the ceiling of the F. I. Community Theater.
9/Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement between the Town of
Southold and individuals for the Spring 1996 Recreation Programs.
10/Grant permission to Recreation Supervisor Kenneth Reeves to attend the Annual New York
State Recreation and Park Society Conference in Syracuse, NY from April 28-May I, 1996.

amend Chapter 246 of the laws of 1916 relating to the extermination of mosquitoes and the
establishment of districts therefor, in relation to authorization for the amount of the annual

services ofBrenton M. Easter as part-time deckhand.
13/Authorize and direct Town Clerk Judith T. Terry to advertise for bids for the purchase of
one Aerial Device and Ford Chassis and Line Body.
14/Accept the resignation of Nancy P. Distilli, part-time Clerk Typist in the Supervisor's
Office, effective February 16, 1996.
15/Authorize a budget modification to the Solid Waste district 1995 Budget to appropriate the
trade-in allowance on the purchase of Caterpillar Toolcarrier and overdrawn appropriation.
16/Authorize a budget modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget to
appropriate funds for overexpended line items.
17. Authorize increase of Town deposits with Fleet Bank to $5,000,000.00.
18. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute documents 'relating to Fleet Bank's
Municash Investment Program, in accordance with the approval of the Town Attorney.
