4. Possible resolution appointing Eileen Kiski as Records Management
Clerk for Town Clerk's Office.
5. Possible resolution appointing individuals as Home Health Aides.
6. Discussion of Commoners Land to be sold to the Town.
7. Set date to interview applicants for Landfill gate attendant.

V. RESOLUTIONS
1~/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to roadvertise
for a Home Health Aide for the EISEP Program.
2/ Resolved that the Town Board amends resolution no. 2 adopted Oct. 3,
1995 changing the hourly rate of P/T Clerk typist for Justice Court.
3/Resolved that the Town Board grants permission to Senior Planner
Valerie Scopaz to attend Peconic Estuary Program Technical Advisory
Committee.
4/Resolved that the Town Board grants permission to specific Planning
Board Members to attend a workshop for planning board members.
5/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes a budget modification to cover
the costs of the Winter Recreation Department brochure.
6/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes an advance fee check for
purchase of circus tickets for Town Recreation Program.
7¢/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to execute
agreements for the Fall 1995 Recreation Program.
By/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes Lawrence Healthcare to pay a
claim submitted more than 90 days after the date of service.
9/" Resolved that the Town Board engages the services of George Rehn of
Rehn and Fore as consultant to Board of Assessors.
10v/Resolved that the Town Board grants permission to Mattituck Lions
Club to use specific Town Roads for its annual Halloween Parade on
Tuesday, October 31, 1995.
11~/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to execute
agreements with individuals for the Fall 1995 Recreation Program at
Fishers Island.
12/Resolved that the Town Board modifies the General Fund Whole Town
1995 Budget to appropriate funds for the Town Attorney's budget.
13/Resolved that the Town Board grants permission to the Board of
Commissioners of the FI Ferry District to advertise for bids for
drydocking MV Munnatawket.
14/Resolved that the Town Board modifies the 1995 Solid Waste Management
District budget.
