RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At this time the Supervisor will invite the public to speak out on the following resolutions. 1/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to readvertise for bids for Laboratory Analytical Services for Southold Landfill Closure Investigation. 2/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes James McMahon to act in connection with any contracts between the Municipality and the State under specified requirements. 3/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the reduction of the bond amount for the manor subdivision of Farmveu Associates. 4/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase of Sand Mix Asphalt, furnished and applied. 5/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for an Annual Contract to furnish and place Asphalt Concrete. 6~/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes a 1995 Budget modification to the General Fund Whole Town to appropriate donated funds for the Tree Committee. Resolved that the Town Board modifies the General Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget to appropriate developer paid funds for the installation of street lights at Farmveu. Resolved that the Town Board modifies the General Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget to appropriate funds for Seasonal Traffic Control Officers and Crossing Guards. RESOLUTIONS (Continued.) 12 ~/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to discontinue the maintenance agreement with IBM effective immediately and execute an agreement with EMC Corporation for the replacement and upgrades of the Disk Drives. 13/Resolved that the Town Board modifies the General Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget to appropriate funds for specified overdrawn line items. 14~/ Resolved that the Town Board modifies the Southold Wastewater Disposal District 1995 Budget to provide for the construction of the Gravel Trap at the Wastewater Disposal Plant. 15~'~olved that the Town Board grants permission to TRI-S Inc. Division of ENSA, eontraetor for the Remediation of the FI Metal Dump, to enter into a subcontractors agreement with DW Transport and Leasing Inc. / 16/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Superintendent of Highways to install a street light on LILCO Pole #3, located close to the intersection of Lower Road and Akeriy Pond Lane, Southold. 17~/Resolved that the Town Board accepts Letter of Credit as a bond for roads and improvement, inehiding the cost for the water system, for Angel Shores major subdivision. 18~,/Resolved that the Town Board accepts the bid of Andrew R. Fohrkolb for the purchase of two surplus used outboard motors. 19~/Resolved that the Town Board accepts the bid of Chemung Supply Corp. for supplying the Highway Dept. with 10,000 linear feet of Snow Fence. 20/Resolved that the Town Board accepts the bid of Capitol highway Materials for supplying the Highway Department with 6 foot studded steel "T" Posts. / 21/Resolved that the Town Board sets 5:05 PM, Tuesday, July 11, 1995, Southold Town Hali as time and place for a public hearing on a Local Law in Relation to Garbage Penalties. / 22/ Resolved that the Town Board commits the Town to new purchases and preservation of additional farmlands or interest within the Town of Southold; and further resolved that the funds shall be authorizes from the 1994 Town Farmland Bond Issue; and further resolved the the Supervisor us authorized to execute any agreements required by the County to effectuate this resolution; and further resolved that the Town Clerk is directed to convey copies of this resolution to the Suffolk County Executive, SC Legislature and SC Planning Department. Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for one new combination dump body spreader, or equal, for Highway Department. 26/Resolved that the Town Board rescinds it Res. # 14 adopted May 15, 1995 authorizing the rental of a JENZ American Leaf and Bag shredder for the Solid Waste Management District. 27~/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Solid Waste Management District to rend a tub grinder, with an operator, to shred accumulated leaves at Landfill. 28*,-/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes Budget Modifications to the 1995 Solid Waste Management District. 29~/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to execute an amendment to the Lease Agreement between the Town and the Town Solid Waste Management District for the purpose of modifying the payment schedules.
