RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At this time the Supervisor will invite the public to speak out on the following resolutions. 1/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes Jim McMahon to attend a meeting at the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation on June 1, 1995 regarding 2 grants being awarded to the Town. 2/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to execute agreements with specified individuals for the Summer 1995 Recreation Programs. Raymond, cook for the Nutrition Center. Resolved that the Town Board has determined that there will be no significant effect on the environment pertgining to a Local Law in Relation to Beach Parking. 5~ Resolved that the Town Board has determined that there will be no significant effect on the environment in pert~inlng to a Local Law in Relation to Parking. 6g/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes a modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget to appropriate funds for regulatory road signs. 7/ 8/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes a modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget to appropriate Park & Playground funds for improvements to the Sandy Beach Boat ramp. RESOLUTIONS (Continued) 15~/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to readvertise for additional members for the Southold Town Transportation Committee. 16/Resolved that the Town Board closes the northerly 150 feet of East Side Avenue, Mattituck between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, 6/4/95 for Pack 39 Mattituck-Cutchogue Cub Scouts' Cubmobile race. 17/ Resolved that the Town Board hereby authorizes the purchase of one (1) one used 1994 Chevrolet Caprice Police Vehicle, fully equipped, from the Village of Greenport at a cost of $12,000. 18/Resolved that the Town Board hereby grants permission to Transportation Committee Chairman Ned Brashich to attend the National Scenic Byways Meeting in Albany on 6/9 and 10. 19~/ Resolved that the Town Board appoints Fishers Island Safe BTI Mosquit Control Program employees. 20~/ Resolved that the Town Board adopts Town of Southold Hurricane/Coastal Storm 21/Resolved that the Town additional equipment on Emergency Response Plan. Resolved that the Town Board Authorizes Insurance Consnitant William J. Mulien, Jr. to place the Town's Workers Compensation Coverage with Public Employer Risk M-nagement Associates.
