permit for the development of singie-family homes and attendant
features.
Public Notice from NY District Army Corp of Engineers on behalf of
applicant in Mattituck to reconstruct an 8 x 70 foot pier and extend by
10 feet. In addition, reconstruct eight existing timber jetties and
three rock jetties in-kind and in-place.

V. RESOLUTIONS
Special Note: At this time the Supervisor will invite the public to speak
out on the following resolutions.

Resolved that the Town Board appoints Joyce Wilkins as Secretary for
the the Southold Town Landmark Preservation Commission effective
immediately through December 31, 1995.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to execute a
Contract Budget Modification Request to the Suffolk County Office for
the Aging for a change to the Expanded In-Home Services for the
Elderly Program.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to execute a
Contract Budget Modification Request to the Suffolk County Office for
the Aging for a change to the CSE Home Chore Program.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes a modification to the General
Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget to appropriate fund in addition to the
grant for the Document Restoration project to accomplish the required
treatment of historical books.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to execute
agreements between the Northeast Document Conservation Center and
the Town of Southold for conservation treatment of four volumes of
historical Town records at a cost of $7,395 to be paid through the
Town Clerk's Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund
grant.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the closure of Love Lane and
Pike Street, east and west of Love Lane, Mattituck from 8:30 A.M. to
4:30 P.M., Saturday, July 8, 1995 to permit the Mattituck Chamber of
Commerce to hold their 18th Annual Mattituck Street Fair.
7/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes specified budget modifications
to the 1995 Solid Waste.

Resolved that the Town Board authorizes Supervisor Wickham to execute
Spring 1995 Recreation Program agreements with specified individuals.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes Lawrence Healthcare
Administrafive Services to pay a medical claim for a Highway
Department employee which was received more than 90 days after the
date of service.

Resolved that the Town Board authorizes a modification to the General
Fund Whole Town 1995 Budget for code updates, utility study and
Parks & Beaches brochure.
11~/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes a specified pay schedule for
the 1995 Lifeguards and Beach Attendants.
12~/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes a reimbursement fee of $.20
per mile for Southold Town Lifeguards acting as rotating Lifeguards.
13v/ Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the issuance of free beach
parking permits to specified summer employees.
14~/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes Southold Town Beach
Attendants to be supplied with a petty cash fund in the amount of
$34.50 per Beach Attendant, to enable them to make change due to tax
that is charged for each permit.

Resolved that the Town Board commences the Lead Agency Coordination
process with regard to the State Environmental Quality Review Act in
the matter of the petition of Strong's Marine, Inc. for a change of
zone from R-80 Low Density Residential District to M-1 Marine District
on certain property located on James Creek, west of Camp Mineola
Road, Mattituek.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to transmit a
petition for a change of zone from Strong's Marine to the Southold
Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County Department of Planning.
Resolved that the Town Board engages the services of Cramer, Voorhis
& Associates, at a cost not to exceed $500.00 to review the Long
Environmental Assessment Form with respect to the petition of Strong's
Marine, Inc. for a change of zone from R-80 Low Density Residential
District to M-1 Marine District.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise
for bids for 150,000 square yards, more or less as may be needed, of
Latex Modified Emulsified Asphalt Pavement Course (Microsurfacing) for
the Superintendent of Highways.

Sosnowski as a Home Health Aide, effective April 112, 1995.

and sets a salary for same.

Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise
for resumes for a full-time provisional Scale Operator at a rate of
$13.05 per hour.

Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign a
Consent Order to Suffolk County Department of Health Services for
removal of oil storage tanks at the Landfill.

Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the waiving of tipping fees
for removal of brush from roads at Land's End, contingent upon the
creation of a Road Improvement District.
27.
Resolved that the Town Board appoints Joseph Fischetti as Southold
Town's representative to the Caiverton Airport Study Advisory
Committee.

Resolved that the Town Board grants permission to Greenport-Southold
Chamber of Commerce to use specified Town Parking fields in Southold
for a Craft Fair.
29. Resolved that the Town Board grants an increase to the Board of
Assessment Review remuneration to $800 per person.
30. Resolved that the Town Board appoints Jonathan Wiggins and Jess Wolf
to the Board of Assessment Review.

on A Local Law in Relation to Retirement Incentive.
