correcting an error in the distance in the first course along the northerly
side of Main Road as contained in a deed dated March 17, 2009 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 18, 2009 in Libor 12583
Page 211. The first course along the northerly side of Main Road (N.Y.S.
Route 25) in ~aid deed incorrectly runs a distance of 33.47 feet.instead of
13.79 feet.
