Appointments of part-time Custodian, Mini-Van Driver, and Conservation Advisory Council member. 3.Approval of Application for a Tent Permit form. 4. Southold Wastewater District 1998 budget. 5. Housing proposal at Richmond Shores (9:00 a.m.). 6. Planning & Zoning - per Councilman Townsend (10:30 a.m.). 7. Request from Suffolk County Water Authority for access to mailing addresses. $. RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. lv/ Accept the proposal ofFerrandino & Associates Inc., to prepare a Scenic Byway Corridor Management Plan and authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with them (9:30 a.m.). 2/Set 8:07 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 1997, Southold Town Hall, as time and place for a public hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to Lot Recognition". 3/Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute agreements with Harold Cook for pump station maintenance and Sewer District grounds maintenance, all on Fishers Island. 4/Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute agreements with the North Fork Housing Alliance For projects as funded by the Community Development Block Grant Program. 5//Modifij the General Fund Whole Town 1997 budget to appropriate ~A the NYNEX refund to finance the fee associated with that refund as per our agreement with Audicom, Inc. 6/Authorize an~i direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a grant application to the NYS Department of Justice for the purchase of computer equipment for the Police Department. 7/Modify the General Fund Part Town 1997 budget for correction to the Board of Appeals 1997 budget. 8/Amend resolution no. 20, adopted on April 15, 1997 to include salary scale for the position of Custodial Worker II. 9d' Set 8:02 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 1997, Southold Town Hall, as time and place for a public hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to Montauk Avenue". 10/Set 8:05 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 1997, Southold Town I-1M1, as time and place for a public heating on "A Local Law in Relation to Sound Beach Drive". 1 lV Appoint Lori Shelly as a Mini-Van Driver for the Human Resources Center. 12/Appoint Frank Rehm as Custodian for the Human Resources Center. / 13 v'/Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise fur resumes for a Kitchen Aide for the Human Resources Center. RESOLUTIONS - Cont. 14V/ Accept the proposal of Residential Fences Corp. to supply and install all labor and materials for a chain link fence for the Tasker Park tennis courts. 15/Modifiy the 1997 Solid Waste Management District budget to fund new payloader. 161//Appoint John Skabry as a Lifeguard for the 1997 Summer Season. 17v/ Authorize the establishment of a 1997 Capital Budget for the Vault Monitoring System. 18/Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase ora new AS/400 Computer System. 19~//Modify the General Fund Whole Town 1997 budget to allocate funds for the basketball program. 20v/ Authorize and direct the Town Attorney to file a Freedom of Information Request with the Village of Greenport re water rates, reserve funds, and dedicated accounts of the Water Department. 21 ~Appoint Loti Stoner as a Mini-Van Driver for the Human Resource Center. 22v~Appoint Bret L.
