also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

lv/ Appoint Carol Kalin as temporary Stenographer for the Board of Assessment Review, 1997.
2v//Modify the agreement with Don Patanjo Cesspool Service Corp. to transport liquid waste
fi.om the Scavenger Waste Treatment Facility.
3 v/ Appoint Janice Smither to the position of Senior Clerk in the Accounting and Finance
Department.
4~ Modify the Solid Waste Management District 1997 budget to cover the cost of repairing
and replacing landfill fence.
5v/ Accept, with regret, the resignation of Christy Palioures, youth member, and Robert Keith,
member, from the Conservation Advisory Council.
6v/Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for resumes for members of the Southold
Town Advisory Council.
7/Authorize and direct Deputy Supervisor Moore to execute the 1997-1999 agreement with
