Board on any given topic.

for the Board of Appeals.
3v'/Authorize and direct Lawrence Healthcare Administrative Services to pay the bills of
employees which were submitted by provider more than 90 days after the date of service.
4~//Appoint Patrick Rieve to work without pay as an intern in the Justice Court for the summer.
5/G-rant permission to Southold Town Garden Club to use Silversmith's Comer for their
annual Plant Sale, May 3, 1997 between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
6/Declare the week of March 30 - April 5, 1997 as AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES
ACT WEEK 1997 in the Town of Southold.

8/Set 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, 1997, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a
public hearing on the question of acquisition of development rights in the agricultural lands
of Woodhull.
Officially change the name of Private Road #18 to "Windward ROad".
10V/Accept the resignation of J'dl M. Franke, part-time Public Safety Dispatcher.
11g/ Approve the reduced bond estimate for roads and improvements in the major subdivision of
Thornton Smith.
12V/ Release the Letter of Credit, posted as a performance bond for roads and improvements in
the Chardonnay Woods subdivision.
