Release the performance bond for the major subdivision Angel Shores. 9/' Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the needed Polymer Modified Emulsified Asphalt Pavement Course for the Highway Department. 10/Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase and appl/cation of Bituminous Surface Treatment RC-250 Liquid Asphalt for the Highway Department. 11~/ Authorize an advance fee check to allow Recreation Supervisor Reeves to attend the 9th Annual L. I. Leisure Services Association's conference on April 18 in Hunting~on. 12/Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for bids to construct three tennis courts at the Robert W. Tasker Memorial Park in Peconic. 13dAuthorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for bids to construct a new tourist information building at the S. Wentworth Horton Memorial Park in Greenport. 14y/ Seek approval from the NYS Department of State to amend the coastal boundary to include the whole of the Town of Southold and direct the Planning Board to prepare the contents of the Town of Southold Local Waterfront RevitaliTation Program to reflect this change. 15v~ccept, with regret, the resignation of Robert A.
