POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly
address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will
also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

7. Fleet Bank as Town's agent in a third party custodial agreement.

V. RESOLUTIONS
Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to
speak on the following resolutions.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute the 1997 Suffolk County Youth Bureau
Agreement with the County of Suffolk and Family Service League for the Southold Youth
Services Program.
2~//Grant permission to Town Justice Bruer to attend a series of five seminars at the Suffolk
County Bar Center, Hauppauge..
3 v/Engage the services of Andrew D. Stype to appraise the Thompson property, Southold.
4v/'Authorize a modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1996 Budget and the
Hashamomuck Drainage Project Capital Budget.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with Dvirka and
Bartilucci Consulting Engineers for engineering services with regard to the construction ora
municipal solid waste transfer station.
6~/Modify the 1996 General Fund Whole Town Budget to appropriate donated funds for the
new Tasker Park Playground.
7v/Increase the price for the disposal of Construction and Demolition Debris at the Disposal
Area from $90 to $120 per ton, effective January 8, 1997.
8fi/Authorize and direct Lawrence Healthcare Administrative Services, Inc. to pay a medical
bill which was submitted by the provider more than 90 days a_~er the date of setMce.
9. Authorize the release of bond being held for roads and improvements in the Farmveu
Associates subdivision in Mattituck.
10v/ Rescind resolution no. 36, adopted on Janua~' 2, 1997, appointing Claire Glew as a
Stenographer for transcribing the public hearings of the Board of Appeals.
