SCHEDULE A
At East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated at Lot No. 140 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Pebble Beach Farms, East Marion, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 11, 1975 as Map. No. 6266,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the Southeasterly corner of premises herein
described at a point on the northerly side of Long Way where the
same is intersected by the dividing line between Lots 140 and 141
as shown and laid out on the above mentioned map. ;
V RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of the Long Way the
following 2 courses and distances:
(1) South 67 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West 57. 09 feet;

BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
