THIS INDENTURE, made the 15th day of December , nineteen hundred and eighty-three

party of the first part, and

Cutchogue, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, at Cutchogue, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows: -
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly line of Leslie
Road, at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described
adjoining land of Z. Swiatocha on the east; running thence along the
southerly line of Leslie Road S. 51° 16' 50" W. 117.24 feet to a
concrete monument and land of Price; running thence along land of
Price two courses and di8tances as follows: (1) N. 30 54' 30" W.
150.0 feet and (2) S. 73 19' 50" W. 293.25 feet to other land of
Price; running thence along land of Price, Bailey (parties of the
second part), Kassner and Lange N. 5° 10' 50" W. 558.16 feet to a
monument and land now or f8rmerly of Doroski; running thence along
said land of Doroski N. 77 09' 00" E. 446.15 feet to land of Sgiatoch
Estate; running thence along said land of Swiatocha Estate S. 6
20' 00" E. 282.71 feet to a monument and land of Z. Swiatocha;
running thence along said land of Z. Swiatocha S. 50 34' 10" E.
347.00 feet to the monument at the place of beginning on the northerly
side of Leslie Road.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part in deed dated January 6, 1966, and
recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Suffolk in
Liber ev
W 44 Page 440 of deeds.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
