As a result of this tansfer and that of December 12, 1994,

34% interest as Tenant-in-Common, Nancy Stewart owns a 16%
interest as Tenant-in-Common, Anne Carol Tuthill owns a 34%
interest as Tenant-in-Common, and George Tuthill owns a 16%
interest as Tenant-in-Common in the premises .
