and Carol U. Freda, his wife, dated February 6, 1992 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on February 20, 1992 in Libor 11420 at page 379, and
pursuant to a renunciation by Carolyn Ury Freda a/k/a Carol U. Freda, of her right
as Surviving Tenant by the Entirety to the one-half interest of Vincent J. Freda,
deceased (See Suffolk County Surrogate's Court File No. 209P200~), of six and
one-half (6.5%) percent of the total fee interest of the premises described, thereby
reducing the Grantor's (Tenant in Common) ownership to 37% of the total fee
interest in the property (after the Grantor's previous D.eed of a 6,5% interest in same
on October 25, 2010).
TOGETHER with nil right, title and imcrcsl, if any, of the parly of the first par~, in and toany streets and ronda
abutting the above-described premises Io the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with Ihe appurtenances and all the
