SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point on the southeasterly side of 50.00 feet Private Road where the same
is intersected by the westerly corner of land now or formerly of Sausser and the northerly corner
of the premises herein to be described. Said point being distant the following (2) courses and
distances from the corner formed by the intersection of tine southwesterly side of Browns Hill
Road with the southeasterly side of South View Drive:
(1) Southwesterly along tha southeasterly side of South View Drive 725.24 feet to the 50.00 feet

(2) North 81 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East along the southerly side of said 50.00 feet

through lands of the party of the first part generally between tine premises herein described and
Long Island Sound, to the Main Road (Route 25).
