by Paul Torpey and Phyllis Torpey, dated May 27, 2004 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County on June 25, 2004 in Liber 12326 at Page 965.
TOGETHER with all right, title and intcr~st, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streels and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights oflh~ party ofthe first pan
in and to said p~emises,
TO H.4 F'E AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pan, the
heirs or successors and assigns of thc party of the second part forever.
