ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Fishers island,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being a part of that portion of
Fishers Island now or formerly belonging to Fishers Island Estates Inc, lying easterly of the
following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly comer of land now or formedy owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H .G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the
shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to
the extenslon thereof by the acquisition of additional lands in con
detonation proceedings instituted in 1942;)and
RUNNING THENCE northerly following the east boundary of the said tract of land now or
formedy of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof) to
the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point
is the northeasterly comer of said tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as the
same was constituted prior to such extension thereof);
THENCE crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the
shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a road, said point being located 241,77
feet North of a point which is 813.01 feet East of a monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "East End 2" (which said "East End 2"
monument is located on the summit of the highest hill east of East Harbor on Fishers
Island, N.Y., and lies South 54 minutes West of Latimer Reef Light in Fishers Island
Sound), said point of beginning also being located South 3 degrees 54 minutes 50
seconds West, 5 feet from a stone monument set on the formerly southerly side of said
road; and
RUNNING THENCE along the newly established southerly side of said road South 84
degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds East, 166.04 feet;
THENCE South 05 degrees 32 minutes 42 seconds East, 52.86 feet to a stone monument;
THENCE South 29 degrees 52 minutes 28 seconds East, 478.52 feet to the shore of
Block Island Sound;
THENCE with the meanders of said Sound, South 56 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds
West, 265.26 feet and South 68 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West, 73.18 feet to a
point;
THENCE North 14 degrees 29 minutes 50 seconds West, 519.83 feet to a stone
monument; and
THENCE North 3 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds East, 155.29 feet to the southerly side
of the road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
