described;

Park View Lane, 147.00 feet to land now or formerly of Orville Terry;
THENCE North 09 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West along said last mentioned land, 192.81
feet to the division line between Lots 10 and I 1
THENCE North 80 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East along said division line, 132.42 feet to
the westerly side of Greenway West;
THENCE South 13 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds East along said westerly side of Greenway
West, 200.00 feet to the corner, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated 06/07/68 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 07/03/68 in Liber 6375
