THIS DEED made on May 9, 1995, by and between Jeanmarlle P.
Costello, Esq. , 455 Griffing Avenue, P.O. Box 295, Riverhead, NY,
Referee duly appointed in the action hereinafter mentioned,
Grantor; and Grantee Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, 1410
Spring Hill Road, McLean, VA;
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, the Referee appointed in an action
between Atlantic Bank of New York, Plaintiff and John Maltezakis,
et al. , Defendants, foreclosing a mortgage recorded in Liber 14597
of mortgages at page 141 on October 28, 1988 in the County of
SUFFOLK, State of New York, in pursuance of a Judgment entered at
a Special Term of the Supreme Court of the State of New York,
County of SUFFOLK, and bearing date March 6, 1995; and in
consideration of $100. 00 paid by the Grantee, being the highest sum
bid at the sale under said Judgment, does hereby grant and convey
unto the Grantee:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee,
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, and assigns forever.
