Resolution Thanking Mr. Wickham.
RESOLVED that the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and ~~
directed to enter into a drainage easement agreement with Richard J.
Babcock and Frederick F. Rimler d/b/a Southold Gardens, said drainage
area to have an area of 125 ft. by 150 ft., to be located on the north
side of Hill Road West at Southold, New York.

RESOLVED that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions~ dated
February 26, 1979, of Southold Gardens heretofore approved by the
Town Attorney be and the same hereby is approved. Said declarations
covering the premises comprising 12.060 acres located east of Wells
Avenue at Southold, New York.

RESOLUTION: Approving lease between the Board of Commissioners of
the Cutchogue Fire District and the Town of Southold for parcel of
land on west side of New Suffolk Avenue to be used as a public parking
4/15/79---automatically extended for successive one year
-- $1.00 per year.
RESOLUTION: ~pproving lease between the Board of Commissioners of
the Fishers Island Fire District for justice chambers at the Fishers
Island Firehouse. 4/1/79--automatically extended for successive
one year terms. $500.00 per year.
