Subject to a mortqage made by CHEMICAL BANK, a New York Banking Corporation, to MICHAEL CORBETT and KAREN CORBETT, his wife, -dated May 21, 1979, recorded on May 28, 1979, in Suffolk County, New York, in L. 8460 P. 337, in the record sum of $57,500.00.
