IV. HEARINGS & DECISIONS:
1. Pending decision on the wetlands application of Joseph Townsend, Jr. to
construct a walkway across wetlands. Public Hearing was held on Aug. 26, 1980.
2. Pending decision on a "Local Law to ProVide for the Removal or Repair of
Unsafe Buildings and Collapsed Structures". Public Hearing was held on '

V. RESOLUTIONS:
1. Call for a Constitutional Convention to write a Human Life Amendment.
The Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the application of
James H. Rambo a/c Joseph? Janet Gold for a wetlands permit, Haywaters
Cove~ Cutchogue.
3. Appointment of Assistant Inspectors as provided for in Section 45-504
of the Southold Town Fire Code.
4. Trailer permit application by Herodotus Damianos, Main Road, Peconic.
- 6 months.
5. Hire John Hurter as of Octob~%~,.1980.
6. Set a Public Hearing on Sept. 23, 1980 @ 8:00 p.m. @ Southold Town Hall
on the wetlands application of William Pollert~ Jockey Creek~ Southold.
~ Allocate $250 to the Southold Youth Projections~ Inc.
8. Betty Wells Step II salary increase.
Authorize the Supervisor to sign an agreement between the Town and the
County of Suffolk for a Town of Southold Delinquency Diversion and Pre-
vention Project, $40,000.

to amend the current Town Budget relative to the use of Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds.

on the application of 3ohn J. Miesner for a change of zone from "A"
residential & agricultural to "B-i" General Business District, Cutchogue.
13. Award bid for one 3/4 Ton Pick Up.
14. Release bond on the subdivision known as "Shorecrest at Southold".
15. Accept the dedication of Grange Road (Extension) in the subdivision known
as South Harbor Homes.
16. Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the wetlands application
of Henry Pierce, Richmond Creek, Peconic.
17. Approval for the Police Department to use Fred Rackett, Michael Finnecan,
and Carl~-a Cochran Jr. as relie~ Radio Operators @ $4.00 per hour.~
18. Recommendation of Chief of Police Cataldo for R/O Gary Charters be granted
