application of Richard A. Schlumpf to construct a catwalk and floating
dock @ Howard's Creek.
2. Public Hearing on May 6th, 1980 @ 8:15 p.m. at Southold Town Hall on the
application of Maidstone Development Inc.to change from "A" Residential &
Agricultural District to "M-i" General Multiple Residence.

application of Wayne Associates to change from "A" Residential & Agricul-

V. RESOLUTIONS:
1. Application Of Carl Freli~, Jr. & wife for the renewal of trailer permit
in Mattituck.
Southold Town Board as lead agency determines that the project will not
have a significant effect on the environment in the application of George
W. Bornscheln to construct a catwalk & floating dock~ Eugene's Creek.
3. Proclamation declaring May 12 - 18, 1980 as National Salvation Army Week.
4. Proclamation commending James Bascomb in attaining the rank of Eagle

5. Approval of a Local Law to Provide for the Appointment of Co~nittees.
