1. Public Hearing on May 6th, 1980 @ 8:10 p.m. at the Southold Town Hall on
the application of Richard A. Schlumpf to construct a catwalk & floating
dock at Howard's Creek, Mattituck.
2. Public Hearing on May 6th, 1980 @ 8:15 p.m. at the Southold Town Hall on
the application of Maidstone Development, Inc. to change from "A" Residential
& Agricultural District to "M-l" General Multiple Residence.

V. RESOLUTIONS:
1~ County Acquisition of Robins Island.
2~Resignation of Darline Salmon as part time Dog Warden as of April 16, 1980.
4~Southold Town declares itself lead agency in regard to the application of
George W. Bornschein for a wetland permit on the east side of Oak St.) Cutchogue.
5~ Application for a Bingo License by Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Cutchogue.
6~Southold Town Board, as lead agency, determines no significant effect on the
environment in the application of Eh-consultants) Inc. for Judge William
Thompson for a wetland permit.
7?Accept the bid of Tryac Truck & Equipment Co., Inc. on the Dump Truck, price is $ 35,469.00.
8~Commend Robert W. Gillisple for his many years of service to Town of Southold;
Planning Board Member 5/1/55 to 4/19/57 and Chairman & Member of the Appeals
Board 4/19/57 to 6/30/79.
9./Approve the Southold Town Planning Board's resolutions to ammend:
Article II, Section A106-22, Subdivision A;
Article II, Section A106-25, Subdivision F;
Article III, Section A106-33, Subdivision B.
10.W/Approve the bond estimate for improvements in Long Pond Estates~ in the amount of $ 380,000.00.

Materials, more or less, as may be required, for the use in the repair

23~Recognize C.S.E.A. as the bargaining unit for all town employees except
the members of the Police Department.
