Gmant permission to use the Main Road on May 26th @ 10:00 a.m. for the Annual Southold Memorial Day Parade. 4. Grant permission to use Town roads on July 19th, 1980 for the Cutchogue Fire Department to hold it's 13th Annual Fireman's Parade & Drill. Set a public hearing at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road~ Southold on April 22nd, 1980 at 3:30 P.M. on "A Local Law to Provide for the Appointment of Couraittees". ~=~e Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. be recognized as the sole bargaining agent for all the employees of the Town of Southold except members of the Police Department,for the purpose of negotiating the 1981 contract with members of the Southold Town Board. 9. Authorize the payment of the vouchers of Holzmacher~ McLendon & Murrel,P.C. in the amount of $ 3~992.96 for professional engineering services rendered. ~et a Public Hearing date to re-allocate $ 11,500.00 of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds. 11. Proclamation to declare April 20-26, 1980 as National Secretaries Week. ~Hire an employee in the Highway Department. 13. Set a Public Hearing at the Southold Town Hall at 8:15 P.M., Tuesday, May 6, 1980 on the application ofMaldstone'Development, Inc. for~a chaqge of zone. 14. Set a Public Hearing at the Southold TOWn Hall at 8:30 P.M., Tuesday, May 6, 1980 on the application of Wayne Associates for a change of zone. 15. Release the performance bond of Esseks, Stark and Denis posted for roads and improvements in the "Inlet East Estates" at Mattituck. 16. Transfer in the General Fund Whole Town, from contingent A 1990.4 to councilmen contractual A 1010.4 the amount of $ 3,000.00.
