V. RESOLUTIONS:
1/Negative determination On the wetlands application of Enconsultants
Inc. on behalf of Neil Simon for permission to construct a
bulkhead and backfill.

2~Support of the formation of a Long Island Transportation Authority,
A7860 and S6327.
3~'Southold Town Board approves the bond for roads and improvements
in the subdivision known as "Grandview Estates", Orient.
4~Appointment to the Suffolk County Solar Energy Commission as
Southold Town's representative.
5~/Award the Insurance for FY 1982.
6/In regard to the Greenport-Southold 201 wastewater facilities
study, Southold Town Board approves the concept of:
a. Force main from Greenport to resource recovery facility at
Cutchogue, as solely a Town project.
b. The Scavenger Waste Plant at Greenport will financed by the
Town and constructed and operation will be by the Town /or
Greenport.
7/Trailer renewal permit by Maddie Miles, Mattituck.
8~Southold Town Board engages the services of H2M Corp. as
professional engineers for the NYS Dept of Transportation
Regulatory & Warning Sign Project at a fee of $3,500.
9~uthorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for furnishing
all of the no. 2 fuel oil required for the heating of the Town
buildinqs. . ~
10~Set a Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. on January 19, 1982 at the
Southold Town Hall on the wetlands application of Strong's
Marine Center for permission to construct a section of
bulkhead and backfill.
11~Set a Public Hearing at 3:35 p.m. on January 19, 1982 at the
Southold Town Hall on the wetlands application of Enconsultants
Inc. for Sal McCarthy for permission to construct a catwalk
hinged ramp and floating dock, Mattituck. '
12/Transmit the application of Joseph J. Lizewski requesting a
change of zone to the Planning Board.
13/Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the application
of Joseph J. Lizewski for a change of zone from"A" Residential &
Agricultural District to "B" Light Business District, Cutchogue.
