This Assignment dated the 7th day of April, 1982 between L & C TRANSIT MIX
CORP., a corporation whose offices are at Hazelwood Road, Westhampton
Beach, New York, 11978,(hereinafter referred to as assignor),and LNC TRANSMIX
CORP. , a New York corporation with offices at Hazelwood Road, Westhampton Beach,,
New York, 11978,(hereinafter referred to as the assignee).

WHEREAS, Assignor is contract vendee of certain land located on the southwesterly
side of Cox's Lane, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State r

WHEREAS, Assignee is desirous of having Assignor assign all its right, title
