6:00 p.m.: VanDuzer Appliance Co. - This proposed site plan is to add a 1,800
square foot addition to an existing building. The property is located on CR 48 in
Southold. SCTM#1000-55-2-24.4
Subdivisions:
6:05 p.m.: DavislGerhard-McAIlister - This proposed lot line change will
eliminate a 41,552 sq. ff. lot, SCTM#1000-109-3-2.26. 20,364 sq. ft. will be
added to a 41,997 sq. ft. lot, SCTM#1000-109-3-2.27, and 21,188 sq. ft. will be
added to a 43,200 sq. ft. lot, SCTM#1000-109-3-2.25. The property is located on
