Hearings Held Over From Previous Meetings: Estate of Andrew Cassidv - Section I - This major subdivision is for 5 lots on 58 acres. Lot #1 is a non-buildable wetland area of 25.24 acres; Lot #2 is a 52.98 acre area on which the development rights have been sold and lot #5 Is an 80,000 square foot residential lot. The parcel is located on the south side of AlbeCcson's Lane in 0reenport Section I is for 2 lots; a 25.24 acre non-buildable wetland lot and a 54.8258 acre lot of which the development rights have been sold on 52.98 acres.
