PUBLIC HEARINGS
7:30 p.m. Bayview/South Harbor Partnership - Phase 2 - This clustered
major subdivision is for 4 lots on 12.49 acres located on the east side
of South Harbor Rd. in Southold. SCTM# 1000-75-4-8 & 22.1
7:35 p.m. Corso-Steele-Modlin: - This application, which is for 4 lot
line changes, is to subtract 51,020 sq. ft. from a 17.94 acre parcel and
to add 1,188 sq. ft. to existing Lot I; 17,554 sq. ft. ~o existing Lot 2;
13,802 sq. ft. to existing Lot 3; 18,476 sq. ft. to existing Lot 4, and to
relocate an existing 50 foot wide r-o-w to run along the southeasterly
line of the revised parcels. The parcels are located on the north side
of Oregon Rd, in Cutchogue, SCTM# 1000-83-2-10.2, 10.3, 10,4, 10.5
