Y. 11971 TELEPHONE 765-1313 PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS John Wickham, Chairman Henry Molsa Alfred Grebe Henry Raynor Frank Coyle MINUTES Southold Tow~ Planning Board February 3, 1975 A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held February 3, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. in the evening at the Town Clerk's Office, Main Road, Southold. Present were John Wickham, Chairman; Henry Moisa, Vice-Chairman; Henry Raynor, Frank S. Coyle and Howard Terry,Building Inspector. Not attending was Alfred Grebe. Greton. On motion made by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Moisa, it was RESOLVED to have a public hearing on the preliminary map of "Greton Estates" located at Mattituck, New York, on March 10, 1975. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Moisa, Coyle, Raynor. Amari. On motion made by Mr. Moisa, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was RESOLVED to have a public hearing on the map of the minor subdivision of "Amari" located at Southold, New York on March 10, 1975. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Moisa, Coyle, Raynor. Planning Board -2- February 3, 1975 Pebble Beach Farms. The Planning Board reviewed this subdivision and they are prepared to approve the final map upon receipt of various papers. On motion made by Mr. Moisa, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was RESOLVED to authorize Lawrence M. Tuthill, P.E., to prepare the bond estimate for the subdivision known as "Pebble Beach Farms". Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Moisa, Coyle and Raynor. Cardinale. On motion made by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Coyle, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board under direction from the Town Attorney approve the site plan of "Cardinale" which was referred to the Planning Board by the Board of Appeals. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Moisa, Coyle and Raynor. Highland Road Estates. The secretary was directed to contact the Superintendent of Highways to find out exactly what he wants for the roads in this subdivision. Rod 'N' Reel. Report of the Superintendent of Highways was presented and the developers of this subdivision may now proceed with the drawing of their preliminary maps. Syloret. This subdivision was discussed and the bond estimate may now be presented to the Town Board. Planning Board -3- February 3, 1975 Mr. Raynor made a motion, seconded by Mr. Coyle and carried to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of January 27, 1975 and the Executive Session held January 20, 1975. Luce and Penny. The following letter was directed by Mr. Wickham to be sent to both Mr. Luce and Mr. Penny: "We are returning your map which was submitted this after- noon by Mr. Penny in view of the fact that it is different than the one submitted by Mr. Luce on the same day. For your information, the Planning Board has the authority to require highways in minor subdivisions as well as majors to meet highway standards and to be constructed before the approval or bonded. If you are not prepared to meet the requirements of this Board at our January 27th meeting, you can expect that the Planning Board may well require your highways to meet town standards." On motion made by Mr. Moisa, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was RESOLVED to recommend approval of Local Law #2-1975 which consists of fourteen proposed changes in the Zoning Code of the Town of Southold. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Moisa, Coyle and Raynor. On motion made by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Coyle and carried the meeting was adjourned.
