PUBLIC HEARINGS Subdivisions - Final: 6:00 p.m. - Dickerson-Steadman - This proposed lot line change is to subtract 8,465 sq. ft. from a 9.52 acre parcel, SCTM#1000-122-2-24, and add it to an 11,272 sq. ft. parcel, SCTM#1000-122-2-6. The property is located on Sound Avenue in Mattituck. 6:05 p.m. - Harry & Lorraine Broom - This proposed lot line change is to divide an 11,517 sq. ft. parcel, SCTrv~1000-10-3-25, between a 1,826 sq. ft. parcel, SCTM#1000-10-13-14, and a 8,748 sq. ft. parcel, SCTM~1000-10-3~15.9,185 sq. ft. will be added to the 1,826 sq. ft. parcel, and 2,332 sq. ft. will be added to the 8,748 sq. ft. parcel. The property is located on Peninsula Road, Fishers Island. 6:10 p.m. - Terry-Wysocki - This proposal is to set-off a 1.84 acre parcel from a 32.33 acre parcel. The remaining parcel is 30.49 acres on which the Town has purchased the development rights on 28.65 acres. The property is located on the north side of Main Road in Orient. SCTIVl#1000-15-9-10.1 and 11.1 and 15.1 MAJOR AND MINOR SUBDIVISIONS, LOT LINE CHANGES AND SET- OFF APPLICATIONS Final Determinations: Dickerson-Steadman - SCTM81000-122-2-6 & 24. Final Extensions: Rockcove Estates - This major subdivision is for 23 lots on 28.315 acres located on the north side of Middle Road (CR48); approximately 500 feet west of McCann Lane in Greenport. SCTM#1000-33-3-19 Peconic Development Corp. (a.k.a. Harvest Homes, Section 2) - This proposed major subdivision is for 13 lots on 14,9 acres located on Oaklawn Avenue and Wells Avenue in Southold. SCTM#1000-70-3-22 Sketch Extensions: Deerfield Farm - This proposed minor subdivision is for 4 lots on 7.362 acres. The property is located on the northwest corner of Main Bayview Road and Jacobs Lane in Southold. SCTtvl#1000-88-1-1 & 2 John Sidor - This minor subdivision is for 3 lots on 21.97 acres. The development rights will be purchased by the Town on the 13.296 acres of Lot No. 3. The property fronts on the north side of CR 48 and the south side of Wickham Ave, in Mattituck. The lot line changes are to subtract 33,273 sq. ft. from the original 21.08 acre parcel and to add 13,172 sq. ft. to an adjacent parcel to the west and 20,101 sq. ft. to an adjacent parcel to the east. The lot to be set off is 0.966 acres. The development rights will be purchased by the Town on the remaining 19.347 acres. The property fronts on the north side of CR 48, the east side of Mary's Rd. and the south side of Wickham Ave. in Mattituck. SCTIV~1000-107-10-1, 3 & 4 Review of Reports: David Cichanowicz - This proposed minor subdivision is for 4 lots on 24.827 acres. Development Rights have been sold on all of one lot for 19.415 acres. SCTM~1000-85-3-10.3 & 10.4 and 1000-97-10-2. The property is located between Main Road (State Route 25) and Leslie's Road in Peconic. SITE PLANS Set Hearings: Private Ferry Terminal/Robins Island - This proposed site plan is for a 1,800 square foot private ferry terminal for office and storage located on the northeast corner of First and Jackson Streets in New Suffolk. SCTM#1000-117-8-18 & 19 Martha Clara Vineyards - This proposed site plan is to convert a 1,505 square foot existing barn to a tasting room and the construction of a winery in Phase I, and an extension in Phase II for a total of 38,973 square feet of floor area on 2.6 acres. The property is located on the northwest corner of Sound Avenue and Bergen Avenue in Mattituck.
