The property is located on Factory Avenue in Mattituck. The remaining 55.77 acre parcel has been sold to Suffolk County through the Safe Drinking Water Program. The 7.8 acre area has been merged with adjacent land owned by the Suffolk County Water Authority. The property is located on the south side of Sound Avenue in Mattituck.
