Hall, Main Road, Southold, as the time and place for the next regular

5:30 p.m. - Cutcho,que Cemetary Association and John &
Sandra Scott: This lot line change is to subtract .579 of an acre
from a 43.875 acre parcel, SCTM#1000-102-2-23, and add it to a
17.076 acre parcel, SCTM#1000-102-2-21.1, located on the Main
Road in Cutchogue.
5:35 p.m. - Bruce & Maureen Campbell and Charles Moran -
This proposed lot line change is to subtract 58,792 square feet
from a 98,813.45 square foot parcel, SCTM#1000-113-10-15.4,
and add it to a 69,417.47 square foot parcel, SCTM#1000-113-10-
10.1.

5:40 p.m. - Laurel Links, Ltd. - This proposed major subdivision is
for 31 lots on a total of 222.85 acres: Lots #1-29 are clustered
residential lots ranging in size from 28,325 square feet to 34,225
square feet; Lot #30 is 157.9 acres and is shown as a golf
course; Lot #31 is 2.39 acres and is shown as a golf course
maintenance area. SCTM#1000-125-3-13, 15, 17; SCTM#1000-
125-4-21, 24.1 and SCTM#1000-126-7-1.
Site Plans:
5:40 p.m. - Laurel Links, Ltd. - This proposed site plan consists of a
private membership golf course which is to be located on Lot #30 and

Manzi Homes - This proposed minor subdivision is for a cluster
subdivision of 2 lots on 2.863 acres. The property is within a R-40 zoning
designation and is located on the east side of Horton's Lane,
approximately 848' south of the intersection with CR 48.

Determinations:
Martha Clara Vineyards - This proposed site plan is to convert a 1,505
