PUBLIC HEARINGS Subdivisions: Peconic Development Corp. (a.k.a. Harvest Homes, Section 2) - This proposed major subdivision is for 13 lots on 14.9 acres located on Oaklawn Avenue and Wells Avenue in Southold. SCTM#1000-70-3-22 Lot Lines: Elizabeth Husband and Gunther Strothe & Lucinda J. Herrick - This proposed lot line change is to subtract .68 of an acre from a 1.33 acre parcel SCTM#1000-9-11-7.9 and add it to a 3.66 acre parcel SCTM#1000-9-11-6, and to subtract .65 of an acre from the same 1.33 acre parcel (SCTM#1000-9-11-7.9) and add it to a 3.91 acre parcel SCTM#1000-9-11-7.8. Koroleski - This proposal is to set off a 1.988 acre parcel from an existing 69.964 acre parcel. The Town of Southold has purchased the development rights on 63.976 acres of the 69.964 acre parcel. The property is located on the north side of Sound Avenue in Mattituck. SCTM#1000-112-1-9.1; 120-2-4 and 120-6-1 Bond Determinations: North Bayview Associates - This minor subdivision is for 4 lots on 15.973 acres located on the south side of North Bayview Road, approximately 150' east of Seawood Drive, in Southold. The development rights will be purchased by the Town on the 13.296 acres of Lot No. 3. The property fronts on the north side of CR 48 and the south side of Wickham Ave. in Mattituck. SCTM#1000-107-10-6 Catherine Sidor - This proposal includes 2 lot line changes and a clustered set-off. The lot line changes are to subtract 33,273 sq. ft. from the original 21.08 acre parcel and to add 13,172 sq. ft. to an adjacent parcel to the west and 20,101 sq. ft. to an adjacent parcel to the east. The lot to be set off is 0.966 acres. The development rights will be purchased by the Town on the remaining 19.347 acres. SCTM#1000-107-10-1, 3 & 4 SITE PLANS Setting of Hearings: Laurel Links, Ltd. - This proposed site plan consists of a private membership golf course which is to be located on Lot #30 and for a golf course maintenance area which is to be located on Lot #31. The golf course includes: a clubhouse, parking, a pool, tennis courts, maintenance buildings, a pump house, a halfway house and a superintendent's plot.
