Board to set Monday, June 12, 2000 at 5:30 p.m. at the Southold Town
Hall, Main Road, Southold, as the time and place for the next regular
Planning Board Meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Subdivisions:
Peconic Development Corp. (a.k.a. Harvest Homes, Section 2) - This
proposed major subdivision is for 13 lots on 14.9 acres located on
Oaklawn Avenue and Wells Avenue in Southold. SCTM#1000-70-3-22
Lot Lines:
Elizabeth Husband and Gunther Strothe & Lucinda J. Herrick - This
proposed lot line change is to subtract .68 of an acre from a 1.33 acre
parcel SCTM#1000-9-11-7.9 and add it to a 3.66 acre parcel
SCTM#1000-9-11-6, and to subtract .65 of an acre from the same 1.33
acre parcel (SCTM#1000-9-11-7.9) and add it to a 3.91 acre parcel
SCTM#1000-9-11-7.8. The property is located on Ocean View Avenue
and Heathulie Avenue on Fishers Island.

Laurel Links, Ltd. - This proposed major subdivision is for 31 lots on a
total of 222.85 acres: Lots #1-29 are clustered residential lots ranging in
size from 28,325 square feet to 34,225 square feet; Lot #30 is 157.9
acres and is shown as a golf course; Lot #31 is 2.39 acres and is shown
as a golf course maintenance area. SCTM#1000-125-3-13, 15, 17;

property contains 2 existing dwellings and is located within the R-80
Zoning District. Area variances with respect to lot lines, lot size and
setbacks of existing buildings have been granted by the ZBA. The
property is located on the south side of Indian Neck Lane in Peconic.

an existing 69.964 acre parcel. The Town of Southold has purchased the
development rights on 63.976 acres of the 69.964 acre parcel. The
property is located on the north side of Sound Avenue in Mattituck.

Catherine Sidor - This proposal includes 2 lot line changes and a
clustered set-off. The lot line changes are to subtract 33,273 sq. ft. from
the original 21.08 acre parcel and to add 13,172 sq. ft. to an adjacent
parcel to the west and 20,101 sq. ft. to an adjacent parcel to the east. The
lot to be set off is 0.966 acres. The development rights will be purchased
by the Town on the remaining 19.347 acres. The property fronts on the
north side of CR 48, the east side of Mary's Rd. and the south side of

Laurel Links, Ltd. - This proposed site plan consists of a private
membership golf course which is to be located on Lot #30 and for a golf
course maintenance area which is to be located on Lot #31. The golf
course includes: a clubhouse, parking, a pool, tennis courts, maintenance
buildings, a pump house, a halfway house and a superintendent's plot.

the northeast corner of First and Jackson Streets in New Suffolk.
