SCTM#1000-62-3,38 Hearings Held Over From Previous Meetings: Summit Estates1 Section 4 - Section 4 of this major subdivision is for one 4.3739 acre lot (Lot #33). The property is located off Shipyard Lane in East Marion. SCTM#1000-38-7-p/o 10 (a.k.a. SCTM#1000-35-8-5.3). Southold Town Planning Board - 4/10/00 - PaRe Two MAJOR AND MINOR SUBDIVISIONS, LOT LINE CHANGES AND SET OFF APPLICATIONS Sketch Determinations: John Sidor - This minor subdivision is for 3 lots on 21.97 acres. The development rights will be purchased by the Town on the 13.296 acres of Lot No. 3. The property fronts on the north side of CR 48 and the south side of Wickham Ave. in Mattituck. SCTM#1000-107-10-6 Catherine Sidor - This proposal includes 2 lot line changes and a clustered set-off.
