Board to set Monday, January 24, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. at the Southold Town Hall,
Main Road, Southold as the time and place for the next regular Planning Board
meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Hearings Held Over From Previous Meetings:
Budd's Pond Realty and William H. Lieblein (Port of Eovot) - This site plan is
for a 10,000 square foot boat storage building on 35,000 square feet located on
Route 25 in Southold. SCTM # 1000-56-4-11 & 13.2.
Summit Estates - Section 4 - Section 4 of this major subdivision is for one
4.3739 acre lot (Lot #33). The property is located off Shipyard Lane in East
Marion. SCTM # 1000-38-7-p/o 10 (a.k.a. SCTM # 1000-35-8-5.3).
Rockcove Estates - This major subdivision is for 23 lots on 28.315 acres
located on the north side of Middle Road (CR48); approximately 500 feet west of
McCann Lane in Greenport. SCTM # 1000-33-3-19.

Sophie Kaloski - This minor subdivision is for 2 lots on 38.045 acres. Lot # 1 is
3.856 acres in area with development rights intact. Lot # 2 is 34.189 acres in
area. The Town has purchased the development rights on the entire 34.189
acres. The subdivision is located on the west side of Alvah's Lane in
Cutchogue, SCTM # 1000-109-1-24.1
Edward H. McLauf:lhlin - This lot line change is to subtract 0.67 acres from a
2.52 acre parcel and add it to a 1.35 acre parcel. SCTM # 1000-107-3-3 & 4
Sketch Extensions:
John Koroleski - This proposal is to set-off a 1.988 acre parcel from an existing
69.964 acre parcel. The town of Southold has purchased the development
rights on 63.976 acres of the 69.964 acre parcel. The property is located on the
north side of Sound Ave. in Mattituck. SCTM # 1000-112-1-9.1 and 120-2-4 and
