We, the undersigned, being members of the Southold Town
Planning Board do hereby severally waive notice of the time,
place and purpose of the meeting of the Planning Board to be
held at the Planning Board office in the Town Hall of the Town
of Southold on July 31, 1978 and do hereby consent that the
same be held on said date for the transaction of any business
which may properly come before said meeting.

A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was
held on Monday, July 31, 1978, at 3:20 p.m. Present were:
John Wickham, Chairman
Henry E. Raynor, Vice-Chairman
Frederick E. Gordon, Member
On motion made by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Gordon, it was
RESOLVED that pursuant to the State Environmental Quality
Review statute Section 617.7b, it is the finding of the Southold
Town Planning Board that a negative declaration has been deemed
appropriate for the proposed Sea Breeze condominium preject.
The negative declaration is proposed because this action
will not have a significant effect on the environment. The
lead agency is the Southold Town Planning Board and the name and
address of the person who can provide further information is
Muriel Brush, Secretary, Southold Town Planning Board, Town Hall,
Southold, New York.
The proposalis to construct sixteen additional dwelling
units in addition to the one existing unit. A field review of
the proposed site indicates there will be no adverse effect to
the environment.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Raynor, Gordon
There being no further business to come before the board, the
meeting was adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
