7:30 p.m. Morton-Oemma - This lot line change between Kelth Scott
Morton and Pasquale Anthony Oemma Isto subtract 0.15 acres from a
17.5912 acre parcel and to add it to a 0.48 acre parcel. The properties
are located on the northwest corner of King St. and Old Farm Rd. and
the south side of Orchard St. In Orient. SCTM# 1000-25-4-11.4 &
1000-26-I-31.
7:35 p.m. Richard B. Thatcher & M. Uewellvn Thatcher - This lot line
change is to subtract 0.57 acres from a 4.48 acre parcel and add it to
a 1.49 acre parcel. The property Is located off a private road off East

Ginsber.q Family - This proposal is to set off a 3.8 acre parcel from a
52.27 acre parcel. The 3.8 acre parcel is proposed to be donated to
the Peconic Land Trust and the remaining 48.47 acre parcel is pending
the sale of development rights to Suffolk County. The property is
located on the south side of Main Road (S.R. 25) and the north slde of
New Suffolk Ave., in Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-116-I-2.
Summit Estates - Section 4 - Section 4 of this major subdivision is for
