PUBLIC HEARINGS 6:00 p.m. - Fishers Island Club, Inc. - This proposed site plan is for a 3,200 sq. ft. equipment storage building with an attached 800 sq. ft. covered equipment wash pad. The property is located on East End Road on Fishers Island. SCTM#1000-1-1-3.13 6:05 p.m. - Estate of Leonor Wolf - This proposal is to set-off a 2 acre improved lot from a 24.40 acre parcel in the A-C Zoning District. The residual acreage (22.40 acres) will be perpetually preserved with the Peconic Land Trust. The property is located on Main Bayview Road, opposite Rambler Road in Southold. SCTM#1000-88-1-11 6:10 p.m. - Harbes, Edward III & Monica - This proposed set-off is for 2 lots on 44.219 acres on the north side of Sound Avenue in Mattituck, 2,174' west of Aldrich Lane. The lot to be set off is 1.843 acres. $CTM#1000-112-1-7 6:15 p.m. - North Fork Bank - This proposed site plan is for a new 20,895 sq. ft. two-story addition. The property is located on the north side of Main Road in Mattituck, one quarter mile west of Factory Avenue. SCTM#1000-122-6-20 & 22 Southold Town Plannin.q Board Pa.qe Two December 16, 2002 6:20 - Salzman, Jeffrey & Ammanda - This proposed lot line change will transfer 1.41 acres from SCTM#1000-4-6-4.2 to SCTM#1000-4-6-4.1. Following the transfer, Lot #1 would equal 4.29+ acres and Lot #2 would equal 4.32+ acres. The parcels are located south of East End Road on Fishers Island. Hearings Held Over From Previous Meetings: Hart's Hardware - This proposed site plan is for a 1000 sq. ft. addition to an existing hardware store. The property is located on SR 25, 95' west of Jockey Creek Drive in Southold. SCTM#1000-70-5-6.2 *Perino, Joseph - This proposed major subdivision is for 7 lots on 20.8211 acres. The property is located on the south side of Main Road, 150' west of Sigsbee Road in Mattituck. SCTM#1000-122-7-9. Island Health Proiect~ Inc. - This proposed lot line change is to merge a 10,890 sq. ft. parcel, SCTM#1000-9-2-6.2, with a 12,565 sq. ft. parcel, SCTM#1000-9-2-8, creating a 23,455 sq. ft. parcel. The properties are located at the north corner of Oriental Avenue and Crescent Avenue on Fishers Island. *Affected by the moratorium - no action at this time. Isaacs~ Bruce - This proposal is to cluster set-off a 1.37 acre improved lot from a 7.32 acre parcel located in the A-C Zoning District. The property is located on the north corner of Alvah's Lane and the Long Island Railroad. SCTM#1000-101- 02-19 Harbes, Edward III & Monica - SCTM#1000-112-1-7. Goehrin.qer/McGunni.qle -This proposed lot line change is to subtract 0.46 acres from a 28.53 acre parcel and to add it to a 0.69 acre parcel. The 28.53 acre parcel is located on the northeast corner of Bay View Avenue & Cox Neck Road. The 0.69 acre parcel is located on the north side of Bay View Avenue in Mattituck. The Town is in contract to purchase the fee title to 25.52 acres of the 28.53 acre parcel for open space purposes. SCTM#1000-53-6- 46.2 and 57-2-1.1 Final Extensions: Robert Schreiber - This minor subdivision is for 4 lots on 47.4 acres. Development Rights will be sold on 32.27 acres. The property is located on the north side of Oregon Road, west of Alvah's Lane in Mattituck. SCTM#1000- 95-1-4 Setting of Final Hearings: Starkie, George & John - This proposal is to set off a 1.94 acre lot with an existing house from an 18.76 acre lot. The property is located north of the Main Road, between Cox's Lane & Depot Lane in Cutchogue. $CTM#1000-96-3-2 Sketch Determinations: Dayton Farms - This proposal is to set-off a 1.757 acre improved lot from a 13.44 acre parcel. The property is located 372_+ ft. northeast of Main Bayview Road, southeast of Jacob's Lane in Southold. SCTM#1000-88-1-10 Sketch Extensions: Starkie~ Georf:le & John - SCTM#1000-96-3-2. SCTM#1000-109-1-8.7 SITE PLANS - STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT Lead Agency Coordination: Omnipoint Communications - This proposed site plan is to co-locate up to twelve communications antennas on an existing monopole and install related equipment and fencing. The property is located on the north side of CR 48, 750' west of Cox's Lane, Cutchogue. SCTM#1000-96-1-19.1 Bonds: Laurel Links, Ltd. - This approved project is located in Mattituck. SCTM#1000- 125-3-13, 15, 17; SCTM#1000-125-4-21,24.1 and SCTM#1000-126-7-1 Peconic Landin.q - This approved site plan is for the construction of 118 single- family detached cottages, 132 apartment units, a 24 unit assisted living center and a 32 bed skilled care center with supporting amenities.
