Island Health Proiect, Inc. - This proposed lot line change is to merge a 10,890 sq. ft. parcel, SCTM#1000-9-2-6.2, with a 12,565 sq. ft. parcel, SCTM#1000-9-2-8, creating a 23,455 sq. ft. parcel.
