Lot Line Change - FIDCO w/Baker, Flower and Ferguson Museum
Location (no #) private road off East End Road, Fishers Island
SCTM# 1000-10.-5-5.9, 8.3 &12.9
This proposal is for a lot line change where SCTM#1000-10-5-12.9 will decrease in size from +/-561,924
square feet to +/-404,492 square feet. SCTM#1000-10-5-8.3 will increase in size from +/-369,388
square feet to +/-433857 square feet. SCTM#1000-10-5-9 will increase in size from +/-162,478 square
feet to +/-169,448 square feet. No new building lots will be created.
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town
of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this
department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action
is EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to:
§ 268-3. Definitions. MINOR ACTIONS item "HI" which states:

Lot line changes, provided that the lot line change will not permit new development that
may have undue adverse impacts on wetlands, tidal waters or natural protective
features;

Description

SCTM# 1000-5-12.9 (Lot 44-7) will become more non-conforming while SCTM#s 1000-5-
5.7(Lot 44-3, 3 and 5) and 5.9 (Lot 44-6) will become larger. ~
